1. Is Debt Negotiation
new?
Negotiation
of settlements on debt has actually been around for
years. It is a nice solution for a creditor to cut their
losses. A creditor does not want to lose everything
when you file bankruptcy, so they will usually negotiate
a settlement for people who fit their qualifications.

2. Is Debt Negotiation
the same as Debt Consolidation?
Debt negotiation is not debt
consolidation. Debt consolidation is a loan against
secured property. Debt negotiation deals with unsecured
debt (ex. credit cards). If you get a debt consolidation
loan against your home and are unable to meet the payments,
you could lose your home and will lose the money you
borrowed from the debt consolidation company if you
refinance or sell your home. The Federal Trade Commission
warns against the use of Debt Consolidation to handle
debt problems for this reason.

These collection agencies are harassing me every day
and continue to demand and make serious threats. Can
anything be done about them?
One of our jobs is to
get the creditors calling us and not you in their collection
efforts. There are regulations that require that they
contact us and not you. Part of the purpose of this
program is to get the creditors off your back so that
you can concentrate on your life and concentrate on
making money to help resolve your financial situation.

4.
What if I do not have the money to pay the settlement
that is agreed upon?
We have many programs that work
within your budget. You are in control of when and what
gets settled. If you don’t have the money available
for a settlement, then no settlement will be done. But
keep in mind the purpose of the program is for you to
get out of debt and for your debts to get completely
handled, not a way to avoid the demands of your debt.
You need to make a legitimate effort to try and eliminate
your debt. It will not disappear by itself and we can
not make it go away without an effort on your part.
You and us will work together to solve your financial
situation.

5. Why
shouldn't I just file bankruptcy. It looks like a quick
solution to my problems.
Don’t fool yourself; if you file
bankruptcy it will have negative effects in many ways
for years to come. Bankruptcy will negatively affect
your credit for uo to 10 years. Filing bankruptcy may
also cause problems for you in getting a job, getting
a promotion in your job, getting an apartment, buying
a car and more. Bankruptcy is shunned by many people,
bankruptcy seems like a quick and easy solution, but
the long term effects are devastating. Do not take the
easy way out.

One of my unsecured creditors threatened to take my
home, can they actually do that?
They can not take your home without
a legal judgment and court order. Most states have home
protection acts that prevent the forced sale of your
home, even if they get a judgment and lien against your
home. In some states, they can’t even put a lien on
your home, it is fully protected from anything but the
mortgages holders.

7.
Can someone take my business? or garnish my wages?
There
would have to be a court order and judgment against
you for this to happen. There are also legal steps you
can take to protect your business, how it is set up
etc. You can’t be prevented from earning a living.
Again, there has to be a judgment
and a court order to garnish someone’s wages on unsecured
debt. There is a limitation of how much money can be
taken in a garnishment order as well and you can get
that reduced before garnishment occurs, if the amount
of garnishment exceeds your budget.

8. Will I still receive harassing
phone calls?
Once you have signed up and have started in the program
and all the paperwork is complete, we can help minimize
creditor calls. You may still get an occasional call
from creditors simply because it does take a month or
two for all departments within the collection agency
to be informed that you are enrolled within our program.

9. If
I sign up for the service that you provide, wouldn't
that mean I am breaking my agreement with the collection
agencies? How can I morally feel good about this decision?
Well, if you don’t need to, don’t
do this program- keep your agreements. It is totally
up to you, however, you have to ask yourself the question
"Can I continue to pay off my creditors and still
live my life? or do I need help from a negotiation company?".
If your answer is yes, then there really is no reason
or downside to applying. Remember, this is a free application,
if you still don't feel comfortable with the program,
then you don't have to sign up. The creditors will not
want you to sign up, simply because they will not be
able to squeeze more money out of you. The creditors
do not care about your financial hardship or situation,
they just want their money. They will continue to call
you and harass you until they get their money, And most
of the time, this situation could last as long as 30
years! So apply
now for your free consultation and find out if this
is a decision that you need to make to get your life
back on track.

10.
Can't I just negotiate my own debt?
Yes you can. But you are lacking
the knowledge to handle the problems that can happen
by doing this yourself. You don’t know what threats
to take seriously and you have to deal with a massive
amount of phone calls. You will just create a larger
headache for yourself. We take this burden off of you
and allow you to concentrate on living your life and
making money to get yourself back on track.

11.
What kind of people sign up for this service?
Most people who sign up with
this service are doing so because they have a moral
issue filing bankruptcy and breaking their agreements,
but don’t have or make enough money to keep their agreement.
If you have a legitimate hardship and have a large amount
of unsecured debt, then this program is for you. Applying
is free and a trained consultant will contact you and
walk you through the process.
